Chia • Cucumber • Pineapple Cleanse

DAY OF THE DEAD FOOD PRODUCTS

Ingredients

• 1 tablespoon chia seeds
• 1½ cups filtered water
• ½ cucumber, chopped
• ¼ cup fresh pineapple chunks
• ¼ cup celery, finely diced
• Juice of ½ fresh lemon
• ½–1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated

Instructions

1. Add chia seeds to 1 cup of water. Stir and soak 20–30 minutes until gelled.
2. Add soaked chia (with gel), cucumber, pineapple, celery, lemon juice, ginger, and remaining water to a
blender.
3. Blend until smooth. Serve immediately. Drink slowly.

Notes

Best enjoyed first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. For a lighter cleanse, strain after
blending. For extra hydration, add ice or a splash of coconut water
