Notes
Why These Ingredients Work Together
Limes provide natural acidity that helps stimulate digestive enzymes and reduce heaviness after meals.
The peel contains aromatic oils traditionally used to support gut comfort.
Cloves are a warming spice long used in culinary traditions to support digestive balance and reduce
bloating. Their aromatic compounds complement citrus oils.
Gentle boiling extracts essential oils and spice compounds, creating a warming infusion that helps relax
the digestive system and promote comfort.
Chef Note: Enjoy this infusion warm, preferably between meals or in the evening. This is a food-based
wellness recipe designed for digestive comfort—not a medical treatment
