History of Hot Sauces
Believe it or not hot sauce was first discovered around 7000 BC near the Mesoamerican region (commonly referred to now as Mexico and near the cities of Zacatecas and Aguascalientes). Aztec Indians would combine chili peppers and water and use it on everything from food to medicine. All peppers were home grown and part of everyday life for the Aztecs.

PSI Legacy Food LLC is a family-run business that will not only bring you various meal enhancing products, but will also post coveted recipes from time to time on our website. Owners George and Claudia Botoulas invite you into our home.
Our founders have both a combination of multi-generational restaurant and food service experience and also grew up with authentic recipes that have been passed down from generation to generation, never to make their way to print until now.
