MORELLA PORK AND CHICKEN

CREATED AND INSPIRED FROM CENTRAL MEXICO – THIS BLEND OF BROWN SUGAR, CUMIN, HOT PEPPER FLAKES, THYME, GARLIC, ONION… ETC IS GREAT AS A DRY RUB ON PORK AND CHICKEN – SMOKED OR IN AN AIR FRYER! 

HERBS DE PROVENCALE

THE FRENCH VERSION OF ITALIAN SEASONING – BUT WITH THE SLIGHT ADDITION OF “LAVENDER” …. ABSOLUTELY NO SODIUM IN THIS SPICE—SALT FREE AND DELICIOUS IN ANY SOUP OR SAUCE. 

BLACKENED SPICY GHOST

THE TRADITIONAL STAND BY – BUT WE DO NOT OVERPOWER THIS SPICE BLEND WITH TONS OF GROUND LEMON PEEL…. JUST THE RIGHT AMOUNT OF GROUND BLACK PEPPER, GARLIC, SALT, AND GROUND LEMON PEEL   GREAT ON PASTA AND SAUTEED VEGETABLES! 

CROWN JERK

A RECIPE INSPIRED FROM THE JAMAICAN CHEF AT GUANTANAMO BAY, CUBA….THIS IS HIS RECIPE – AND CAN EASILY BE TURNED ITO A WET MARINADE….SIMPLY ADD YOUR PROTEIN OF CHOICE IN A ZIPLOCK BAG – THEN ADD LIBERAL AMOUNTS OF THIS SPICE WITH CHOPPED GARLIC, AND THE JUICE OF 3 CITRUS FRUITS – LEMON, LIME, AND ORANGE.  MARINATE OVERNIGHT AND THEN GRILL…GREAT FLAVOR!

INSPIRED FROM THE COAST OF PORTUGAL – WITH A COMBINATION OF BROWN SUGAR, GARLIC, THYME, ONION, SALT, PEPPER, AND LOTS OF DILL WEED…IF YOU LIKE DILL – YOU’LL LOVE THIS RUB…WORKS GREAT IN AN AIR FRYER – WITH YOUR PROTEIN COATED IN EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL.
