Notes

Why These Ingredients Work Together
Pineapple provides natural sweetness and digestive enzymes, making the smoothie satisfying without
added sugars.
Beets add fiber and earthy depth, helping slow digestion and promote fullness.
Chia seeds absorb liquid and expand, increasing satiety and supporting appetite control.
Cucumber adds hydration and volume without calories, enhancing fullness.
Lime and ginger brighten flavor, stimulate digestion, and prevent the drink from feeling heavy.
Chef Note: Best enjoyed mid-morning or mid-afternoon as a pre-meal smoothie. This is a food-based
wellness recipe intended to support mindful eating—not a medical treatment.
