Odyssey Scorpion Wing Sauce
A precision-built wing sauce combining Tradecraft Scorpion Hot Sauce and PSI Odyssey XXXXX in a deliberate 3:1 ratio, reinforced with sautéed fresh garlic for savory depth. The result is layered scorpion heat, controlled burn progression, and a long, unforgiving finish.
SAUCE RATIO (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
3 parts Tradecraft Scorpion Hot Sauce to 1 part PSI Odyssey XXXXX Hot Sauce. This ratio preserves flavor clarity while allowing the XXXXX heat to assert itself after the initial scorpion impact.
YIELD: Approx. 1½ cups sauce (enough for 3–4 lb wings).
Ingredients
1 ¾ cup Tradecraft Scorpion Hot Sauce
2 ¼ cup PSI Odyssey XXXXX Hot Sauce
3 1½ tbsp fresh garlic, finely chopped
4 1½ tbsp unsalted butter (for silk & cling)
5 1 tsp apple cider vinegar (optional brightness)

CHEF’S METHOD
1 Bloom the Garlic: Melt butter over medium-low heat. Add garlic and sauté 30–45 seconds until fragrant, not browned.
2 Build the Sauce: Reduce the heat to low. Add Tradecraft Scorpion Hot Sauce and PSI Odyssey XXXXX. Whisk gently to combine.
3 Balance & Rest: Add vinegar if using. Simmer 2–3 minutes, stirring constantly. Rest for 5 minutes.
4 Finish the Wings: Toss hot, freshly cooked wings immediately in sauce. Coat evenly and serve hot.
CHEF’S NOTES
The 3:1 ratio is critical to heat sequencing. Butter smooths the attack and improves adhesion. Garlic enhances savoriness without muting heat. Designed for fried or air-fried wings.
