Azul Ritual™ Blue Cheese Dressing & Dip

A steakhouse-style blue cheese built using a professional two-stage method: a smooth, emulsified base with a bold blue cheese crumble finish.

Ingredients

• 1 cup Hellmann’s mayonnaise
• ¾ cup Maytag blue cheese, crumbled (divided)
• 2 tbsp sour cream
• 2–4 tbsp buttermilk
• 2 tbsp heavy cream
• 1 tsp white wine vinegar or lemon juice
• ½–¾ tsp Tobias Garlic Salt
• ¼ tsp freshly cracked black pepper
• Optional: ½ tsp Worcestershire sauce

Chef George Two-Stage Technique

Stage One – Emulsified Base
Combine mayonnaise, sour cream, heavy cream, vinegar, seasoning, and ½ of the blue cheese. Add buttermilk and blend with an immersion blender until fully smooth.
Stage Two – Texture & Finish
Gently fold in remaining blue cheese crumbles by hand. Do not blend.
Rest & Bloom
Cover and Refrigerate at least 1 HOUR prior to serving to allow flavors to meld and fully develop
