Post-Holiday Watermelon Reset Cleanse

Ingredients
• 3 cups fresh watermelon, cubed (seedless)
• 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
• 2–4 tablespoons cold water
• 1–2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
• ¼ teaspoon fresh grated ginger
• Tiny pinch cayenne pepper (optional)
Instructions
1. Add watermelon to blender.
2. Add lemon juice and water.
3. Add ginger and cayenne.
4. Drizzle in olive oil last.
5. Blend 30–45 seconds until smooth.
6. Drink immediately. Sip slowly.
